When my late husband went to the hospital, I found myself in the middle of a hurricane of information. After the first week I had loose papers of every shape and size with jotted down notes of information, names, and codes. I wanted to create a notebook for the caregivers, the loved ones, the primary support people of those who are receiving medical care.

That is why I created the Hospital Stay Support Notebook.
